Once shipped, most orders arrive within 7-12 business days. During peak seasons, please allow up to 10 additional business days for delivery.

Will I be able to track my shipment?

Absolutely! Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a confirmation email from trycalmora@gmail.com that includes your tracking number. Please note that tracking updates may take a few days to appear, depending on the carrier's system.

3. Address Changes & International Shipping

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

We can only update your shipping address if your order has not yet been shipped.

Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to make any address modifications.

4. Shipping Confirmation, Customs & Duties

Will I receive a shipping confirmation?

Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipment confirmation email from Calmora including all tracking details. These may take up to 24 hours to update.

What about customs or import taxes?

Import duties, taxes, or customs fees vary by country and may apply upon arrival. In many cases, Calmora covers these costs in advance, but if additional charges are required by your country, they are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

What if my order gets lost in transit?

If your package goes missing during shipping, we'll send a replacement free of charge. If the replacement package also fails to arrive, you may need to coordinate directly with the shipping carrier for resolution.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at trycalmora@gmail.com and provide photos of the damaged item and packaging. We'll assist you with a solution. Keep the item and packaging, as they may be required for a claim.
